Crab can be done in many ways.

Just like life can be lived in many ways. It’s up to you to choose. Also depends of what ingredients have you prepared. If you don’t prepare any ingredient, you’ll have tasteless boring crabs. If you are willing to go through all the troubles to gather the ingredients to make a great crab meal, you’ll enjoy your crab very much. I know this might not be the best metaphor because many don’t know how to cook crabs but you know what I mean.

To get the best part, you need to work for it.

Eating crab is troublesome. The spiky legs will cut your finger if you’re not careful. You will have sticky fingers. The shell is hard. You might need a small hammer or a cracker to crack it open. Going through all that just to eat some crab meat sounds not worth it. However, the crab meat is awesome. It’s so delicious that people are willing to work for it just to taste the meat.

You can’t eat everything on the plate.

They say you can’t have everything in life. It’s the same with crab. Obviously, you can’t eat the hard shell. If you can, you need to see a doctor. A chef has to cook the crabs along with the shell. It won’t taste as nice if he had the shell removed. It’s the same with life. Without the hardships, life won’t be as meaningful. It’s the shells that make the crabs delicious.
